[SOLD OUT] WORKSHOP: An Introduction to Breath with Dr Rosalba Courtney
This program is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their breathing or learn the skills of how to improve mental and physical functioning using the breath as the foundation for physical or psychological self-regulation.
Bookoccino is hosting Dr. Rosalba Courtney, local and international breath expert, on May 21 at 6pm, for an introduction to the ins and outs of breath, its meaning, beauty and importance in our lives. In this 2 hour session she will share fascinating insights into the relationship of breathing to mental and physical health as well as some guided breathing based practices that anyone can use to breathe, perform and feel better.
For those wishing to go deeper, Dr Rosalba will be leading a 6 week course meeting Sunday evenings at Bookoccino, beginning June 4. You can sign up for the six week course after attending the introductory talk.
