Join us for an exclusive book signing with Rod Perez, author of The Art of Longevity and the founder of Holistic Pro Health. Rod is a Sports Scientist, CHEK Practitioner and all round legend.
Come along, meet the author and sip on Ceremonial Cacao. Our evening will conclude with Rod guiding us through gentle breath work followed by a meditation session led by 2 x world surf champion Tom Carroll.
Admission is $10 per person, with books available for purchase. Bring your own meditation cushion or blanket for added comfort.
